The Conference was held at Government Center on November 24, 2008. Although it was only 1 day program but the conference room was fully occupied by different people from factories, exporters, trading companies and associations. Began with speech of Mr. Xu's, Director of Liuyuang Fireworks Management Bureau, experts from UK, Spain, Hong Kong and China delivered its comprehensive talks. See Program agenda.
