Starting from December 15, 2008, American Fireworks Standards Laboratory adopts a new testing procedure to test break charge. The new procedure requires a new test fixture to check if the break charge is too powerful or equivalent to traditional black powder. TCPL also provide the break charge testing per such American Fireworks Standards Laboratory requirement. Factory or Trading can submit their sample to TCPL for such break charge testing at a very reasonable price. Test result is available within 24 hours.
