Spanish fireworks regulation is under Real Decreto RD230/1998 which govern relevant fireworks standards in Spain. The requirements are controlled by following technical instructions:
ITC#8 (Technical Procedures nş 8) – This technical instruction describes the full process and requirements in order to license pyrotechnic articles prior to the release/sale into the Spanish market.
ITC#15 (Technical Procedures nş15) - This technical instruction specifies labeling regulations for the identification of regulated materials placed in the Spanish market.
ITC#23 (Technical Procedures nş23) – This technical instruction specifies the classification of all fireworks in Spain and its allowed maximum tolerances.
