The Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015 implemented EU Directive 2013/29/EU on the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles and Commission Implementing EU Directive 2014/58/EU on the traceability of pyrotechnic articles. The EU Withdrawal Act 2018 preserves the 2015 Regulations and enables them to be amended so as to continue to function effectively now the UK has left the EU.
