It was the first such technical seminar held at Jiangxi Shangli on July 16, 2009, organized by Tian Cheng Pyrotechnics Laboratory (TCPL) and sponsored by Shangli Fireworks Association. The title was "International Regulation & Requirement of Fireworks"
The event was greatly welcomed by Shangli fireworks factories and trading companies. Secretary of Shangli Fireworks Association commented the seminar was important for those exporting factories and trading firms. Participants showed great interest in getting information.
Mr. Andrew Tang, General Manager and Mr. Hilary Chen, Operation Manager of TCPL both delivered different talks on different subjects.
