CE Directive 2007/23/EC is soon effective from July 4, 2010. A lot of enquiries are forwarding to TCPL asking for assistance. To comply with Directive distributor, importer and manufacturer are obligated to submit application to a notified body as stated in article 4 of Directive. There are, up to date, four notified bodies listed by European Commission which are:

SLOVAKIA (SKTC) - NB 1395 KONSTRUKTA – DEFENCE JSC
