TCPL is recently successfully equipped with a state-of-art testing technology, X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing technology to speed up normal traditional testing. It greatly reduce testing turnaround time from weeks to hours and maintain sufficient accuracy. TCPL is using such fast and accurate test methodology to assist the detection of prohibited chemicals being used unintentional by factory personnel. (For example determination of Titanium content can be achieved together with impurities check such as iron, chromium ….within short time). The service provides 24 hours test result that will minimize production loss. Factory will can improve their product quality at the same time maintaining its production phase.
