Under US regulation 49CFR173.56, all fireworks offered for transportation in the USA must be classed and approved for transportation. A fireworks classification approval (also known as an ˇĄEX Approvalˇ¦), is a document issued by DOT (Department of Transportation) that assigns the proper shipping, hazard class and identification number for the fireworks device. The EX approval number is product specific.
TCPL is helping factory or trading company to apply EX Approval by preparing necessary document (with appropriate thermo stability test) and submit to DOT.
