The 14th International Symposium on Fireworks shall be held in Changsha, Hunan at October 2013. ISF Changsha 2013 has been confirmed by ISFS during their symposium in Malta. It is the first time for China hosting the symposium, in the main manufactoring area of the world, Hunan province of China. Changsha city, captial of Hunan, is selected instead of Liuyang City because of accommodation and travel factilities. Though it is held in Changsha city, the symposium shall be closely co-orgnaized together with Liuyang International Fireworks Festival.
