Safety Justification of the Integrated Inner-Tube Tail‑Pointing (Powder‑Sprinkling) Machine for Combination Fireworks
In accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the State Council Safety Production Committee’s Notice on Strengthening Mechanization and Automation in Fireworks and Firecracker Production to Improve Intrinsic Safety (Anweiban 安委办[2018] No. 22) and the industrial standard AQ 4132-2025 Guidelines for Safety Argumentation of Pyrotechnics and Mechanical Equipment for Fireworks Production, and at the request of Liuyang Wangxing Machinery Sales Co., Ltd., Hunan Tian Cheng Pyrotechnics Laboratory (TCPL) organized a safety justification for the company’s newly developed integrated Inner‑Tube Tail‑Pointing (Powder‑Sprinkling) Machine for Combination Fireworks (Model No.: YBJ‑IT‑DWSXJ‑WX).
From January 22 to February 1, 2026, a panel of five experts was convened to conduct the safety assessment. The expert group conducted preliminary on‑site inspections of the equipment in operation, visited the trial‑production facility, and held a safety assessment meeting in Liuyang City. The expert group issued a safety assessment opinion of “Approved after Rectification”, with a period of 30 days.
On February 23, 2026, Hunan Tian Cheng Pyrotechnics Laboratory organized experts to conduct an on‑site review of the rectification work carried out by the developer. The review found that the rectifications met the required standards. In accordance with relevant regulations, the results of the safety demonstration are hereby made public on the official website of Hunan TCPL for a period of 30 days.
